Today’s post is a quick and simple recipe to supplement your delicious meals and to provide an excellent, nutritious and low impact alternative to your typical grains.
1 head cauliflower (cut into florets)
Salt//pepper to taste
Add cauliflower florets to food processor and pulse until fine//rice like consistency. Put 1-2 Tbspn coconut oil in large skillet and bring to moderate heat. Add the cauliflower and cook for approximately 10mins until softened. Add salt and//or pepper to taste. ENJOY!
